Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, often sooner depending on supplier availability and product type. we ship our own products out in 1-2 days. 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping times vary by supplier and destination. Most U.S. orders arrive within 7–14 business days. International orders may take longer. Items may ship separately if fulfilled by different partners. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries outside the U.S., including Canada, the UK, and Australia. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes. Delivery times vary by destination and may take 7–21 business days.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on supplier rates and destination. Free U.S. shipping is available on orders over $75 (excluding oversized or custom habitat builds). Oversized or fragile items may incur additional handling fees, which will be clearly noted.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for defective or incorrect items. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. Due to the nature of dropshipping fulfillment, we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse or sizing issues. Custom habitats and seasonal builds are non-returnable unless damaged in transit.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product. For lost packages, we’ll work with our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.
