Holistic Pet Health Coach Who is Changing the Way We Care for Our Furry Friends

After obtaining my veterinary degree from North Carolina State University's College of Veterinary Medicine (NCSU-CVM) in 1990, I embarked on a journey of continuing education and specialization. In 2005, I delved into the realm of Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine and earned certifications in Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine, and Food Therapy. Later, in 2012, I completed the Institute for Functional Medicine course. Four years later, in 2016, I decided to transition from clinical practice and began offering remote consultations to pet parents, drawing on my extensive experience and expertise in holistic and integrative veterinary medicine.

We use a 3pl (3rd Party Logistics), partner, to ship your purchases as quickly as possible. Orders received before 2 pm EST will be shipped that same day, Monday through Friday.

• Free Shipping: Orders at least $150.00 (subtotal), shipping to destinations within the contiguous 48 United States and the District of Columbia, qualify for free shipping! Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping and will be charged $12.00 for Standard Shipping. 
  
• Here’s the corrected version:Standard Process Products: These products ship separately and are subject to an additional $150 subtotal minimum. Our trusted partner, Standard Process, Inc., does not ship internationally.
• Standard Shipping: $12.00 Standard shipping rate will apply for orders less than $150.00. Most orders will take 2-5 business days to arrive from the date ordered.
  Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time will be considered placed the next business day.

We do not offer refunds for any Digital products or courses.

For physical products, we have a 30-day return policy, which means that any item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date in order to be eligible for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at drruthroberts@drruthroberts.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address that will be indicated on the return label that will be sent to you. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Our pet supplements are unconditionally guaranteed for quality, freshness, and labeled potency.

• If for any reason you are not thoroughly satisfied with your purchase, please contact us first to initiate the refund/return process. Upon contacting us, we will thoroughly check the request, which will undergo approval. You can return the product(s) in the original packaging within the first 30 days of the date of purchase for a full 100% refund, provided that the product(s) have not been opened or partially used. This allows us to assess the request and ensure a smooth refund process while maintaining quality control. 
• We only replace electronic product(s) if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at drruthroberts@drruthroberts.com  to set up your return and get your refund.

Please note that all items purchased on sale are final sale and do not qualify for return or exchange. This policy ensures that we can continue to offer competitive discounts and promotions. We encourage you to review product details carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

• Your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The product must be in the original packaging.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
• Only regular priced products may be refunded, sale products cannot be refunded.
• If the product/s in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

To return your product(s) for a refund, please carefully pack them in the original package, include your order # or the original packing slip, and contact us via call/email for further instructions.

For approved returns, we will issue a credit within 48 hours via the same method of payment used for the order once we’ve received your returned product, or you may choose to exchange the item for other merchandise.

Returns could take up to 3-5 days to process. If a package is sent back to TOCPD, Inc., as “Return to Sender” and TOCPD Inc incurs a fee from the carrier, that fee will be deducted from the refund amount before issuing.

In cases where we have shipped you an incorrect product, we may issue a call tag to have the item picked up. Or you may refuse the package upon delivery, and it will be sent back to us. We will reship your order at our expense.

Upon acceptance of your shopping cart and the charges therein, your order is packaged and shipped as quickly as possible and, therefore, may not be canceled. If an order is refused upon delivery, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges and a restocking fee of 12.5%.

The Original CrockPET Diet, Inc has a no-refund policy on all digital products, such as Kidney Health Program, Gut Instincts, and The Original CrockPET Diet. Should you purchase a pet supplement bundle with these digital programs, a refund will be granted on supplements only.
