About Bunny Business:

Hi! I'm Rebekah, and together with my husband Arthur, we’re the team behind Bunny Business. We design and create all of our products right here at home using 3D printing — from hay roller toys to open-air feeders and custom x-pen hardware — all specially designed for pet rabbits.

Our journey started a little over a year ago when our first bunny, Bunbun, joined our family. Like many new rabbit owners, we were full of love but short on experience. We didn’t understand how vital hay was to a rabbit’s health, and Bunbun went through two scary bouts of GI stasis before we learned just how crucial it is.

Then Bailey entered our lives. He came from a tough breeder situation and struggled with a respiratory infection. As he recovered, we realized his traditional hay feeder was making things worse — he had to bury his nose in dusty hay just to eat. That wasn’t good for him or sustainable for us.

We knew there had to be a better way.

That’s when Bunny Business was born — out of love, frustration, learning, and the drive to make rabbit care easier and healthier for everyone. We set out to create hay feeders and toys that match how rabbits naturally eat, minimize waste, reduce dust, and make daily care easier for humans, too.

Today, Bunbun and Bailey are healthy, happy buns — and we’re thrilled to be helping other rabbits (and their people) enjoy better, simpler care with thoughtfully designed, bunny-safe products.

United States Shipping

We offer shipping throughout the United States.

Delivery Times: Orders are typically processed within 5 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method at checkout.

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.

International Shipping

We ship to Canada and the United Kingdom! Please note the following:

Delivery Times:

• Canada: 7-14 business days transit time after order processing (approximately 11-18 business days total)
• United Kingdom: 10-21 business days transit time after order processing (approximately 14-25 business days total)

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days.

Customs, Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees determined by your country's customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Tracking: All international shipments include tracking information, which will be sent to your email once your order ships.

Product Restrictions: Please note that some products (such as hay and certain organic materials) may have import restrictions in your country. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure products can be legally imported.

Order Processing: All orders are typically processed within 5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
