FREE SHIPPING On Subscription Box Orders

FREE SHIPPING on all subscription box orders to the USA's 48 contiguous states.Your first Woof Box, Meow Box, or Ruff-N-Tuff Box will ship 24-48 hours after placing your order. All subsequent boxes will be shipped out within the first 2 weeks of every month. You will receive a shipping tracker once we have shipped your box. Refund policy

Completed Subscription Boxes are unable to be processed for return but We want to make sure that your fur baby is happy, if you or your fur baby is not happy, reach out to our team for assistance so we can try and make it right on chat or email: info@toysntreatsbox.com

​For accessories, to be eligible for return, products must be returned in original packaging without any missing tags or stickers within 5 days of order date. Refunds will be processed to the form of payment used on the original order. Shipping fee is non-refundable.

Toys N Treats Box follows a 7-day return policy, requiring retailers to notify them of any return intentions within this period. Products must be undamaged, unworn, and unused, with tags attached, within 7 days of the initial notification. Note that shipping cost is non-refundable. Additionally, we offer a Return/Refund Policy for damaged or defective products, with claims accepted within 5 days of the item being received. Customers initiate return requests with the retailer, who then contacts the supplier.
