Bird Street Bistro was established in 2010 in the heart of picturesque Denver, Colorado. Frustrated by a lack of quality, all-natural, healthy food for our parrots, we set out to create a line of nutritious, delicious, and wholesome food that would promote lasting health and wellness for our beloved birds. Knowing that malnutrition is the number one cause of parrot illness, we partnered with veterinarians and industry experts to create a high-quality line of nourishing, all-natural, organic bird food formulated specifically with parrots in mind.

Bird Street Bistro Shipping Policy:

Local shipping
Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours. All RETAIL orders placed within the United States and its territories (P.O. Boxes are fine) will be shipped for a flat-rate charge of $6.99. Shipper will be, at our discretion, either USPS Ground Advantage (typical transit time two to four business days) or UPS Ground (typical transit time two to six business days).

International shipping
USPS Priority Mail International or USPS Express Mail International or UPS for foreign addresses. Your shipping rate will be calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery location. It is your responsibility to verify with the Customs office that the items you order are allowed into the country to which they will be shipped. If the products are not allowed, they will be confiscated by that government. It is also your responsibility to discover if duties, or taxes, or customs fees are charged on your purchases. These fees are not included in the purchase or shipping fees Bird Street Bistro charges. They are extra fees assessed by that government and are due and payable to them upon receipt of your merchandise.

Bird Street Bistro Return Policy:

You may return items within 20 days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (ex. you received an incorrect item). You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Customer may also receive a full refund once product is donated to a parrot rescue.
