Mealworms

Mealworms are another good feeder. These should be fed along with other staple feeders. Mealworms are high in vitamin A and B, and complete with 12 essential amino acids for your reptiles. For care & storage, mealworms can be kept refrigerated (42-50F) to put into dormant state. Can be kept for 30-45 days in this state.
