At Caroline’s Cats, our mission is simple (and seriously fun): to enrich the life of every cat through safe and engaging toys. We believe every whisker-twitch, paw-bat, and pounce should be filled with joy.

We also design products for people who love cats: t-shirts, hats, etc.

We’re proudly based in North Carolina, and our passion for cats is HUGE. From curious kittens to wise old whiskers, our toys are designed with both fun and feline well-being in mind.

And here’s something that makes us extra proud: our products have brought smiles (and zoomies!) not only to playful cats everywhere, but also to blind cats — proving that every kitty deserves a little extra happiness. 💕

Caroline's Cats Shipping Policy:

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Carriers
We offer standard shipping within the United States only. All orders are shipped free of charge. Depending on your location, your order may be delivered by Amazon, UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier. Once your order has shipped, you can track its progress using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email.

Delays

International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not ship internationally and are not responsible for customs, duties, or taxes.
