OTHER: Envy is a US native soybean that is a great early variety perfect for areas with shorter growing seasons. Envy offer a high yield of beans with 3 seeds per pod. The pods grow in clumps for easy pickin'. These bushing beans can be grown in containers. Enjoy them raw (shelled in salads), as edamame, for hummus or fritters. They can also be dried or frozen to use later.

Soybeans are a legume, so the plants can help fix the nitrogen levels of the soil to make it more fertile. The plants are also disease & pest free. They grow best when temperatures are between 60 – 70F, & can be planted as a spring or fall crop. They also have very lovely flowers, & the bean pods & stalks are fuzzy.
