SHIPPING OPTIONS

We currently offer the following shipping options for orders within the continental United States:

• Free Standard Ground Shipping (Lower 48 states only – excludes Alaska and Hawaii)
• Expedited Shipping – Available for an additional fee at checkout

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders typically require 1 to 3 business days for processing before shipment. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Additionally, free standard shipping is not available for orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii, and we do not currently support expedited shipping to these states.

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or destinations outside the continental U.S.

If you purchase goods from us for delivery to a destination outside the United States your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes applied by the destination country. Refunds
Refunds for Goods
Refund requests must be made within 30 days after receipt of your goods.

We accept refund requests for goods sold on our Site for any of the following reasons:

• Good is broken.
• Wrong size was ordered
• Item no longer needed
• Item not as described
• Your pup didn't love it! 

Refunds do not apply to the following goods:

• We will refund your product for any reason if you are not full satisfied with your BetterBone. Please always reach out to us with any questions that we can help with as sometimes, if you purchase your pup a "classic" betterbone, you may have needed a "Tough" betterbone, which we can help make that exchange. If you or your pup are not happy for any reason, we will refund your purchase. 

Returns
Returns can be made by mail. To return a good by mail, follow the following procedure:
must email sales@thebetterbone.com so the return can be approved. It will not be refunded – unless it is approved before hand.

Consumer Protection Law
Where any consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. Notwithstanding any other provision in these Terms and Conditions, you and The Better Bone agree that you both retain the right to bring an action in small claims court and to bring an action for injunctive relief or intellectual property infringement.

Severability
If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.
