The active ingredients in fish oil are EPA & DHA. Our formula has the highest concentration of these essential nutrients. Our fish are sustainably sourced, wild caught (mackerel, anchovy, herring, and sardine) from Iceland which have a higher potency of these nutrients than salmon oil and other fish. Each serving provides 800mg of EPA and 525mg of DHA.
