Directions:

• Shake bottle well before each use to evenly disperse probiotics.
• This is a concentrate and should be mixed with water.
• Use 1/4 tsp. with 1 tsp. of water, swish the mixture around your mouth for at least 30 seconds, then spit out.
• To clean your toothbrush, use the same diluted mixture.
• To clean retainers, mouth guards, and dentures, mix 1 tsp. of mouthwash with 4 oz of water and soak the appliance for at least 30 minutes. Safe to leave soaking overnight—rinse before use.
