Montana Dog Food Co Shipping Policy:

All products are shipped via Ground service (carrier varies) and will leave our warehouse within 48 hours of your order. Your Ship-to address will determine the timing of your delivery (generally 3-5 business days). 

Tracking info for your shipment is provided in the Shipment confirmation email you receive for each order. 

Montana Dog Food Co Return Policy:

Montana Dog Food Co. will refund 100% of the cost of our foods to the consumer in cases where product palatability deters a pet from consuming our foods.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, you'll need to request a return with us. We are happy to give you a credit for future orders or refund your original payment method. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days OR give you credit on your account for future orders. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
