Bhut Jolokia, White Ghost Chili Pepper, World'S Hottest Pepper, Capsicum Chinense - 10 Seeds

The Bhut Jolokia White, also known as the White Ghost Chili Pepper, is a variant of the Bhut Jolokia, or Ghost Pepper, which is one of the hottest peppers in the world. Here are some key features:

1. Appearance: The White Ghost Chili Pepper has a distinct, slightly wrinkled, elongated shape with a pointed tip. As its name suggests, the fruit ripens to a striking, creamy white color. The plant itself is fairly compact, usually growing to be 2 to 3 feet tall.

2. Heat: Bhut Jolokia White is an extremely hot pepper. While it's slightly less spicy than the red Bhut Jolokia, it's still exceptionally hot and should be handled with caution. It's important to remember to wear gloves when handling these peppers and to avoid touching your eyes.

3. Growth: Like other chili peppers, the White Ghost Chili Pepper is a warm-season plant. It requires a long growing season and prefers warm temperatures, full sun, and well-drained soil. It's typically started indoors and then transplanted outside once temperatures are reliably above 60 degrees Fahrenheit.

4. Use: Given their heat, these peppers are typically used sparingly and are often incorporated into hot sauces, salsas, marinades, or any dish that requires a significant kick. They can be used fresh or dried for later use.
