Broadleaf Sagittaria Subulata

An excellent beginner plant!

This variety of the popular Sagittaria subulata(Sagittaria platyphylla) has broad leaves and a creeping habit. They won't need anything special in terms of lighting, filtration, or temperatures, and pretty much do just fine no matter what.

Broadleaf sag is a quick growing, low maintenance plant that provides excellent forage and shelter for baby shrimp and fish fry. It readily propagates itself like grass, and will grow to cover your substrate like a thick carpet.

Their broad tolerance for aquarium conditions makes them an absolute favorite for aquarists across skill levels. No special lighting, water parameters or co2 needed!

One order is for one 3"+ tall rosette/ Node ; and varies in it's natural state.

Growing requirements:

• 65-80 Degrees Fahrenheit
• Ph 6-8
• Low to Medium light intensity.
• quick growth speed
